Susan Asiyanbi is the Founder and CEO of The Olori Network, a leadership transformation firm on a mission to transform organizations by strengthening how executive teams work together. Named for the Yoruba word Olori, meaning "leader," the firm reflects Susan's Nigerian heritage and a belief that leadership is fundamentally relational. The company's long-term ambition is to make exceptional executive leadership more observable, teachable, and repeatable so more organizations can benefit from it. Susan founded The Olori Network after becoming convinced that organizations rarely outperform the quality of their executive team's relationships. Time and again, she watched talented leaders with smart strategies fall short because they lacked a shared way of making decisions, navigating disagreement, and working through complexity together. Rather than building another executive coaching practice or traditional consulting firm, she created a company focused exclusively on executive team effectiveness. Today, the firm combines organizational diagnosis, executive facilitation, coaching, and a growing body of practical leadership knowledge that helps leadership teams build healthier cultures, make better decisions, and lead collectively. What began as a solo advisory practice has grown into a national team of executive advisors, facilitators, coaches, organizational strategists, designers, and technology partners who continue to refine and expand the firm's methods together. Susan's ambition extends beyond building a successful company. She is building an enduring institution that expands access to the knowledge, tools, and technologies that help leadership teams work together more effectively. Susan's perspective is grounded in more than two decades leading strategy, operations, and organizational transformation. Before founding The Olori Network, she held roles at Boston Consulting Group, Sears Holdings, and Teach For America, where she ultimately served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Transformation Officer, overseeing operations across 51 regions and supporting more than 2,000 staff. Today, she is a sought-after advisor and speaker, contributing to executive leadership conversations through organizations including YPO, CHIEF, the Aspen Global Leadership Network, the Economic Club of Chicago, Leadership Greater Chicago, and the Commercial Club of Chicago. She also serves on the Board of the Chicago Children's Museum and the President's Council of the Museum of Science and Industry.
