Tracey Constable is an award winning social impact strategist and founder of Self Made Spectrum and Bright Side Mamas (Inclusive Mamas Club). Drawing on her lived experience as a mother of a neurodivergent child, she creates practical, scalable solutions that support both children and their caregivers. Through inclusive youth entrepreneurship programs, peer-led support communities, and innovative tools like the Bright Side Planner and PauseSteps Method, Tracey is redefining how families access support, build confidence, and navigate daily life. With a combined audience of over 200,000 and multiple international awards recognising her leadership, Tracey is passionate about turning lived experience into meaningful, sustainable impact, helping families feel seen, supported, and empowered. Self Made Spectrum and Bright Side Mamas are purpose driven community associations founded to address a critical gap in support, inclusion, and opportunity for neurodivergent families. Self Made Spectrum empowers neurodivergent children and young people through entrepreneurship, confidence building programs, and inclusive market day experiences. The initiative provides real world skill development in communication, financial literacy, and self expression, areas often overlooked in traditional education systems. Bright Side Mamas supports mothers and carers of neurodivergent children through peer-led support groups, evidence informed tools, and practical resources designed to reduce burnout and improve emotional wellbeing. Both initiatives are deeply rooted in lived experience, ensuring that every product, program, and service is practical, relevant, and immediately impactful. Together, they form a holistic ecosystem supporting both the child and the caregiver, an approach rarely seen in the sector.
