Led by the nominee, founder and CEO of Shanghai Easybiotech Co., Ltd., the initiative aimed to revolutionize quality control processes in the biotechnology sector by introducing authentic viral RNA fragment products for PCR testing. Objectives: Enhance Testing Accuracy: To create quality control products that provide reliable benchmarks for COVID-19 testing, ensuring that diagnostic companies can deliver accurate results. Streamline Supply Chain Logistics: To navigate regulatory hurdles and optimize logistics for timely delivery of critical testing materials during a global crisis. Key Actions: Product Development: Collaborated with Qnostics to import authentic RNA fragments, overcoming stringent import regulations to provide essential materials for COVID-19 testing. Logistics Optimization: Developed a cold chain logistics framework to maintain product integrity, ensuring that quality control materials were delivered safely and on time. Team Empowerment: Initiated training workshops for employees, resulting in over 50% of the staff being trained in new diagnostic technologies, thereby enhancing productivity and innovation within the team. Outcomes: Successfully supported over 3,000 industrial clients across China, significantly impacting the fight against COVID-19. Achieved a 22.81% increase in revenue from imported quality control products and received accolades such as the "Best Growth Partner" award from Medix in 2023. Fostered an environment of gender equity, achieving 100% female leadership within the organization and actively mentoring female employees to take on leadership roles.
