In 2023, CEO of Hairfinity, Tymeka Lawrence, officially founded Gofinity, a platform for Black entrepreneurs in the beauty industry, that offers mentorship, resources, and access to capital to help them thrive and claim their rightful share of the market. Through this groundbreaking approach, she has worked with over 4,000 consultants, to start their own businesses, achieve financial independence, and set a new standard for the beauty industry—one that prioritizes equity and opportunity for all. By emphasizing quality, representation, and innovation in both her products and her business model, Tymeka is on a mission to uplift the entire ecosystem of minority-owned beauty businesses.
