Mharicar “Cai” Castillo-Reyes is the President and CEO of Asticom Holding Co. Inc., a digital-first shared services and outsourcing organization under the Globe Group. Since assuming leadership, she has guided Asticom’s transformation from a staffing-focused support unit into a multi-service enterprise delivering workforce, engineering, and digital solutions to organizations across telecommunications, fintech, logistics, and infrastructure sectors. With over two decades of experience in human resources, business services, and operational leadership, Cai brings a strong understanding of workforce strategy and scalable service delivery. Her leadership combines operational discipline with a forward-looking approach to business growth, enabling Asticom to expand both its capabilities and its market reach. Under her direction, the company has accelerated its evolution into a diversified services organization capable of supporting complex operational requirements for large enterprises. Today, Asticom operates nationwide with over 3,600 professionals across its staffing, BPO, and engineering businesses, supporting mission-critical services for some of the Philippines’ most dynamic industries. Cai’s leadership emphasizes building sustainable business models that combine technological innovation with human-centered management practices. She is known for cultivating a culture of performance and collaboration, empowering teams to deliver consistent service excellence while adapting to rapidly changing industry demands.
