Alison Watson is a recognized powerhouse in global media leadership, with more than 20 years of experience spanning technology, software, retail, finance, healthcare, and consumer industries. As Executive Vice President of Global Media at Just Global, Alison oversees over millions in annual media billings across an elite client roster that includes Palo Alto Networks, Adobe, TCS, Databricks, and Dun & Bradstreet. Alison leads a team of more than 100 media specialists worldwide, guiding strategy, activation, paid search, paid social, omni-channel programs, and demand generation across 65+ countries. Her leadership extends beyond media buying. In 2023, Alison spearheaded the creation of a Unified Media Organization, restructuring Just Global’s media practice into a model where over 60% of staff are aligned to a single client. This approach has driven strategic depth, efficiency, and utilization rates of almost a 100%, while also contributing to double-digit over-year team growth in 2024. Alison is also a cultural leader within the agency.
